With a rare blend of ministry and corporate leadership experience, Virgie supports leaders in moving forward with peace, wisdom, and right timing. Her work is discernment-led rather than prescriptive, creating space for clarity to settle, alignment to form, and balance to emerge naturally.

Virgie brings over three decades of experience coaching leaders across corporate, faith-based, and nonprofit entities. Over a 45-year career with Wells Fargo, she rose from bank teller to senior leader and executive coach, supporting the leadership and professional development of more than 250,000 employees worldwide. She has been honored with multiple awards recognizing her impact, integrity, and legacy of service.

As an ordained minister and certified coach, Virgie serves bishops, pastors, executives, and individuals entrusted with significant responsibility. She is the Founder and CEO of Maney & Associates and a founding member of a collaborative network of executive coaches serving diverse client needs.

Virgie is married to her husband, Darryl, and they have two sons. They reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
